LTD Brewing Starts Work in Old Glenrose Space
The new brewery is on track for a March opening.
LTD (Live The Dream) Brewing Co. has moved its equipment into the former Glenrose Floral space and started seeking the necessary approval from the city, co-founder Blake Verdon told Patch on Wednesday.
LTD has submitted its request with the city for a conditional use permit, which is necessary for a brewery to open. The Zoning and Planning Commission should review the request at its Nov. 26 meeting.
“The city’s been great in helping us along,” Verdon said.

In the meantime, the company has started demolition on its new space, which is located at the corner of Eighth Avenue and Mainstreet. It’s also begun work on its federal license.
