Well, they won't be able to park there for long! The Taco Bell was approved.
And for the record, Menards actually planned for more parking, however, the city wanted less. Menards agreed.
And yes, I'm sure the other properties aren't keen on the overcrowding.

I think most would agree that it would've been best to move the restaurant to Nicollet. There would have been way better visibility and access.
But, from my understanding, Menards originally approached Burger King about making the move. However, nothing came together because there were "financial issues" on Burger Kings end. What I heard is that Burger King wanted Menards to incur most of the costs to do the move, which didn't sit well. I don't know that for sure, but it was talked about way back. So, Menards moved on.
