LIVE VIDEO: Music, Interviews Encourage People to ‘Give to the Max’

This week, thousands of Minnesota nonprofits will ask supporters to maximize their charitable dollars by donating during GiveMN.org’s Give to the Max Day. The Nov. 15 event offers incentives to inspire nonprofit and donor participation. Every hour, one nonprofit donor and one K-12 public schools donor will be randomly chosen to win “golden tickets that add $1,000 to their donation. A nonprofit and K-12 donor will also be selected randomly from the 24 hour-period to have $10,000 added to their donation. Prizes are also available for the top-earning nonprofits—with $12,500 for first place, $5,000 for second place and $2,500 for third place.
