A 66-year-old man was arrested for fifth degree criminal sexual conduct.
(Updated at 10:50 a.m. on Thursday, July 19) Minnetonka Police were on the hunt Wednesday afternoon for a man reportedly masturbating in the children's section of Barnes & Noble. At about 4:30 p.m., police were dispatched to the book store to search for a man in his 60s. They had a description of the suspect, and he was headed on foot toward Ridgedale Mall and other businesses in the area. Police eventually caught up with the man in the Target parking lot and he was arrested, according to Minnetonka Police Captain Scott Boerboom. The man was identified as Ross Scalise, 66.
