STAY AWAY!
Overpriced lessons! Life Time Fitness offers $10/ lesson versus Martha Burn's $40/ lesson. Private lessons here are $500/ session. Wow....
Other places offer private lessons at a rate of $120/ session.
Instruction is just as good if not better elsewhere.
Lesson environment is disjunct and lacks unity with 5 kids in 1 class, most often each kid is a different age and skill level. It's like a juggling act.
Missed a lesson? Well, good luck rescheduling.
Management infrequently returns calls and lacks people-skills. Communicating efficiently via email is different than respectfully communicating face-to-face. Above all, the Burn's show very little follow through whether it be communicating with their employees or costumers.
OVERALL:
You do not get what you pay for. With a small business charging such extreme rates, one is to think that they are struggling financially.
