There are only 2 personal trainers that know what they are doing. the rest are out for sales. you should have them take a before and after pic's of the person they are working with. to see how well they are training. then turn them into managers or home office. the trainers all have paper work that tell's they know what they are doing. but i see alot ways they should not be doing. (for expl) a big person wanted to tone down they were told more weight and dont do alot of reps and only 2 set's . WOW at that pace they will be tone in 2 years thats good for sales . (another expl) a OLD person (60+) was pushed like like they were in there (20'S) look out for a heart attack on LA FITNESSES head. (that is sad ) this happins alot there. and im there 3 to 4 times a week and see it all the time. and you should also tell the manager to smoke somewhere where he cant be seen. ( not in his car in the lot ) THAT LOOKS BAD. i have told my friend at a news chanal . he told me that is a good under cover story and they will look in to it. please look into this matter. (thanks) it is a good GYM to work out but BAD management training. and BAD personal training. find your 2 best trainers and let them show the others how it is done. have management stick to managing and not to sales let the sales person do that. this is at the HOPKINS LOC. i was out in CA and it is not ran like this.
