I don't understand how a business can stay afloat when they can't get their billing right. My sister started seeing this dr this year and they don't seem to know how to bill her insurance. We continually get notified by her insurance company that they are denying claim after claim. I don't know if there has been one claim that has been paid in all the visits she has been there. She won't post this so I am since I help her with her personal business. She has felt somewhat better since she has been seeing this dr but I wonder why she continues to go back even though it appears the care she is receiving has been "free" so far.

I have become very dissatisfied with this doctor and his staff. In recent months I have asked questions regarding my care and account and the answers remind me of a political interview going in circles. They don't seem to know how to bill my insurance as I keep getting notices of denied charges. This never used to happen and my insurance hasn't changed. I feel like I'm being required to come in more often but my condition isn't getting worse..it is getting some better. The office seems chaotic and it may be time to look for a new provider.

AVOID!!!! unless you are rich. If I could, would give then negative stars.

They refuse to disclose your out of pocket (after several attempts) or coverage levels until your bill. At that point, I already had 16 appointments and am stuck paying whatever they randomly choose without recourse. Thought it was for the rehab and health, but now realize it was really for their financial benefits only.

They charged me $1400 out of pocket for 16 visits even with insurance. That is wrong. Should have been $40 at the most per visit ($640) .

There service is average, but nothing worth twice what other chiropractors charge.

There are plenty of equally qualified people who charge $40 per visit for the same or additional services.
