Harley Hopkins Family Center provides programs for families before their children enter elementary school. The Early Childhood Family Education teaches parents to become their child's first and most important teacher. The Early Childhood Special Education program helps children through kindergarten age who've had special needs identified. Getting Ready for Kindergarten teaches parents everything they need to prepare for that year and offers early childhood screening. Kaleidoscope Preschool offers classes for children 3 to 5 years old. That program also takes place at  the Ronald B. Davis Community Center attached to Meadowbrook Elementary School.
