Horrible customer service. Ruined a shirt of mine, tried to say the collar being totally bleached out was from normal wear. Yet there is a liquid shaped bleaching that runs down the collar. They claimed they had no chemicals onsite that could remove color from a garment. I asked if they pre-treated the collars of shirts. They responded that they do pre-treat the collars. I asked what they used to pre-treat and they refused to tell me because they said I wouldn't know what the chemical was. I asked again and they refused to tell me.
