Hopkins dancers competed in the high kick division of the 2012 state dance tournament Saturday at the Target Center.

The Royelles put on a colorful performance but did not make it to the finals. Eastview of Apple Valley won its second consecutive AAA title followed by Eden Prairie and Brainerd.
