Hermantown defeats Hopkins boys hockey

Hopkins High School goes down in 6-4 loss.

Hopkins High School went down to a 6-4 defeat in Friday night's game against Hermantown.

The loss brings Hopkins' record to one win and two loss.

Junior Tanner Holmquist led the way for Hopkins with two goals. Sophomore Jalen Wahl and Senior Jon Groom also each scored a goal a piece.

But Hermantown Senior Garrett Skrbic led the way for his team with three goals to secure victory against the Royals.
