17th Annual Chefs' Brigade Dinner

Go Gourmet for a Good Group!   Over 40 local chefs volunteer their time to benefit We Can Ride, a nonprofit therapeutic riding program at the 17th Annual Chefs’ Dinner Brigade on March 4, 2012 at Edinburgh, USA.

Each year, Chef John T. Riley and more than 40 of Minnesota’s most respected chefs volunteer their time and talent on behalf of We Can Ride.  The Chefs’ Brigade Dinner is the only one of its kind in the state of Minnesota.  This year’s dinner features Italian cuisine.  This fundraiser brings in much needed funds that help to keep program costs low for our riders so that everyone who could benefit can benefit from these life-renewing therapies. A delicious way to do good!

The We Can Ride program, founded in 1982, is a Premier Accredited, nonprofit, tax-exempt member of Professional Association of Therapeutic Horsemanship (PATH) We Can Ride follows PATH’s strict operating standards to provide reputable, safe and enjoyable riding and driving experiences for our clients using specially trained horses, instructors and volunteers.  Through therapeutic riding and carriage driving, clients can learn confidence as well as physical skills and a sense of accomplishment.  We currently operate out of four barns in the Twin Cities metro area: Minnetonka, the University of Minnesota St. Paul Campus, Delano and Marine on St. Croix.
