It's the holidays but I didn't think I would meet a real life angel in disguise! Last week, I was at the ATM at Wells Fargo in Hopkins (hey, its still a local shopping story -- I needed money to shop locally) and my keys accidentally fell into the trash slot on the counter in the lobby. Did I mention two very vital pieces of information: ALL my keys (car, house, work) were on that key ring and the trash box was locked.
I panicked, had no idea what to do. I couldn't get home, get into work or even drive my car. I could see my silvery keys in the trash box I just couldn't get to them.
While I was pondering what to do, I heard the elevator to the building signal its arrival on the first floor. Bing! And out stepped Isobel, my angel. Of course it's hard to see that she is an angel because her wings were tucked out of sight under her blue cleaning company shirt. But I know she was an angel because she pulled out keys to the trash box and literally saved my backside!
