Can you believe it is time for school to start? We barely finished marching in the Raspberry Festival Grand Parade, cleaned up our Pronto Pup sticks from the State Fair, and shipped the Graduates off to school. Now we are back to business at .
Here at MSSPA we are proud to announce that our school received two recognitions last year; a and World Report in their annual High School Review, and from the Minnesota Department of Education. We are so happy to have had our students shine in both recognitions. We also received and Outstanding Production and Outstanding Overall Performance for our musical THE PRODUCERS from The Hennipen Theatre Trust Spotlight Musical Theatre program.
This year we are starting with our highest enrollment to date, and with many new faces in our halls as we kick off the 2012-2013 school year. Look for us out in the community as our Chamber Singers, Jazz Ensembles, Dance Company and Acting Tours hit the Twin Cities this fall.

Please come and see a performance or two as well. Kicking the performance Calendar off this year will be our version of an "open mic" night called NO SHAME. Students create performances for this variety show that is always a crowd pleaser. It is 7:00 pm on September 28th at the Eisenhower Community Center. Next up two music offerings. On October 23 an Instumental music concert at McNally Smith College of Music in St. Paul and on October 29th a Choral Concert at St.Joseph's Church on Mainstreet.
