Where to Watch the Oct. 22 Presidential Debate In Hopkins

TV schedules, live stream options, debate-watching parties and more.

At 8 p.m. Oct. 22, President Barack Obama and Mitt Romney will square off on foreign policy in the third presidential debate of the season.

Moderator Bob Schieffer, chief Washington correspondent for CBS, will oversee six segments of approximately 15 minutes each. Schieffer will open each segment with a question, after which each candidate will have two minutes to respond. Schieffer will use the balance of the time in the segment for a discussion of the topic.

The debate will take place at Lynn University in Boca Raton, FL.

The debate is airing live on numerous channels starting at 8 p.m. Some channels have preview programs, and some have post-debate analysis. Here is a list of what each channel is offering:

  • Tpt2: Debate coverage 8 p.m. through 10 p.m.
  • CNN: Preview coverage starts at 6 p.m. Analysis is scheduled for after the debate, with a repeat of the debate at 11 p.m.

  • KSTP: Debate coverage 8 p.m. through 10 p.m.
  • KMSP: Debate coverage 8 p.m. through 9:30 p.m.
