Paulsen on Passage of Continuing Resolution

Votes to Keep The Government Open and American Medical Device Innovation Alive.

Congressman Erik Paulsen (MN-03) issued the following statement after the house passed a continuing resolution to keep the government open and repeal the medical device tax. The medical device tax repeal amendment was introduced by Congressman Paulsen and passed the house with bipartisan support.

“Tonight the House voted to keep the government open and American medical device innovation alive,” said Congressman Paulsen. “Medical device innovation affects us all, accounting for more than 400,000 U.S. jobs and countless new life-saving and life-improving technologies.”
