Tuesday evening, the Minnesota House is set to debate a proposed constitutional amendment that would require voters to show photo ID. Hopkins and St. Louis Park Rep. Steve Simon (DFL-District 44A) and other opponents offered a preview of the discussion when they made their case against the idea at a press conference at 11 a.m. Tuesday.
