Somali Community to Share Their Culture Next Week

The event is designed to increase understanding between immigrant communities and police and allow different cultures to get to know one another better.

Hopkins’ Somali residents will share their culture with their neighbors next week at designed to increase understanding between immigrant communities and police and allow different cultures to get to know one another better.

Somali vegetarian and meat dishes will be offered free of charge. There will also be live music and children’s activities, as well as information on community resources.

The event will take place from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. Sept. 18 in .
