Investigators are looking for information about a robbery involving a gun at the Blake Road over the weekend, police announced Tuesday afternoon.
A man entered the business at 2:30 a.m. Saturday, displayed a handgun and demanded money, according to a news release. The man then fled with an undisclosed amount of cash.
An employee of the store was slightly hurt during the robbery. Police declined to say how the injury happened. Police are also withholding specific details about the handgun for investigation purposes.
The suspect is described as a light-skinned black man, about 5 feet, 9 inches or 5 feet 10 inches tall with a thin build. He wore a dark blue-jean-style jacket, a black hat, black shoes and jeans. He also had a mustache or goatee.
