Medical Examiner Identifies Friday Drowning Victim as St. Paul Boy

The Hennepin County Medical Examiner’s office identified the victim of Friday’s drowning as a 6-year-old St. Paul boy.

Nicholas Henry Alexander Janzen was pronounced dead at 7:17 p.m. at Hennepin County Medical Center following his drowning at the country club’s swimming pool. The manner of death has been ruled an accident.
