(PHOTOS) Hopkins U.S. Bank Branch Robbed Monday
The man brandished a handgun and fled with an undisclosed amount of cash.
(UPDATED Dec. 6 2:54 p.m.) Police are looking for a man who robbed the Hopkins branch at 16 Ninth Ave. N. on Monday evening.
The robber entered the bank at about 5:50 p.m., approached the teller with a handgun and demanded cash, according to a news release from the FBI’s Minneapolis Field Office. After receiving an undisclosed amount of money, he fled the bank.
The FBI does not disclose the amount of money obtained in these types of robberies.

The robber is described as a white man between 5 feet, 10 inches and to 6 feet tall and weighing about 150 to 180 pounds. He wore a black ski mask and a tan jacket and brandished a black handgun during the robbery.
The Star Tribune reports that authorities think he's the same "man in black" who robbed several banks across the Twin Cities over the past several weeks.
