(PHOTO) Hopkins Police: Gun Displayed in Walgreens Robbery

The man demanded prescription narcotics.

The man who displayed a gun during the incident, police Sgt. Michael Glassberg said Tuesday.

Pharmacy staff told police the man approached the counter, displayed a gun and demanded prescription narcotics, Glassberg said.

Employees described the suspect as a white man in his late 20s to early 30s. He’s about 5 feet, 11 inches tall with a thin build. They said he had a “scruffy” beard and teeth that are yellow and crooked. He was wearing a hooded jacket lined with fur.

Investigators ask anyone with information on the robbery to call the immediately at 952-938-8885 or 911. Callers may remain anonymous.
