Wehner was extremely angry and punched the victim in the head several more times, she told police. He grabbed her by the hair and threw her out the front door, at which point she went next door, she said.

The victim pushed Wehner away, telling him to stop, but he pushed her to the floor, hit her several times in the head and pulled her hair, the complaint charges. Wehner eventually let her stand up, flung her pants and underwear at her and threw her out of the house, according to the complaint. The victim called 911 and was taken to a hospital for a sexual assault exam.

A neighbor told police that she could hear screaming coming from the victim’s house that evening.

Police arrested Wehner shortly after they heard the victim’s account of the incident. Wehner was convicted in Ohio of indecency with a child and is registered as a sex offender in Texas
