Hopkins Arrest Log: Drug Paraphernalia and Domestic Assault

• 4:45 a.m. July 9: A 20-year-old Minot, N.D., woman; possession of drug paraphernalia; on the 600 block of Seventh Avenue South
• July 10: A 40-year-old Hopkins woman, liquor offense
• 12:48 a.m. July 12: A 67-year-old Hopkins man, driving while intoxicated, at Excelsior Boulevard and Eighth Avenue South
• 3:53 p.m. July 12: (39, of Hopkins), felony domestic assault, at Shadyside Circle
• 11:42 a.m. July 13: (41, of St. Louis Park), felony transaction card fraud, at
• 11:52 p.m. July 13: A 53-year-old Minnetonka woman, driving while intoxicated, at Highway 169 and Cedar Lake Road
• 2:29 a.m. July 15: A 19-year-old Minneapolis man, underage consumption of alcohol
