  • 8:11 p.m. July 16: A 44-year-old Hopkins woman, driving while impaired, at 26 10th Ave. S.
  • July 17: A 47-year-old Winona woman, assault
  • 7:14 p.m. July 17: (32, of Richfield), felony fifth-degree drug possession, at the
  • 4:22 p.m. July 18: A 26-year-old Excelsior man; assault, disorderly conduct and shoplifting; at
  • 6:47 p.m. July 18: A 33-year-old Hopkins man, endangering a child and two counts of domestic assault, at
  • 11:26 p.m. July 18: A 19-year-old Hopkins man, possession of drug paraphernalia and a small amount of drugs, at 11th Avenue South and Excelsior Boulevard
  • 6:16 a.m. July 19: A 50-year-old homeless man, trespassing, at
  • 3:41 p.m. July 20: A 65-year-old Edina man, driving while impaired, at First Street South and 11th Avenue South
  • 9:04 p.m. July 20: (43, of Minnetonka), felony first-degree driving while impaired, at Shady Oak Road and Highway 7
