  • July 30: An 18-year-old person with no permanent address, trespassing
  • July 30: A 26-year-old Maple Plain man, failure to stop for an accident
  • 6:29 p.m. July 30: A 47-year-old Minneapolis man, fifth degree possession of a controlled substance and second-degree driving while impaired, at 1023 Smetana Road
  • 8 p.m. July 31: Glenn Anthony Spears (51, of St. Louis Park), second-degree assault
  • 7:41 p.m. Aug. 2: A 26-year-old Hopkins man, traffic violation, at Excelsior Boulevard and 11th Avenue South
  • 9:48 p.m. Aug. 2: A 21-year-old East Bethel man, driving while impaired and transporting liquor, at the Blake Road Holiday
  • 1:40 a.m. Aug. 4: A 39-year-old Minnetonka man, driving while impaired
  • 1:40 a.m. Aug. 4: A 36-year-old Minnetonka woman, possession of drugs and drug paraphernalia
  • 2:35 a.m. Aug. 4: A 25-year-old Minnetonka man, driving while impaired, at 11th Avenue South and Excelsior Boulevard
  • 3:12 a.m. Aug. 4: A 28-year-old St. Paul woman, driving while impaired, at Excelsior Boulevard and Highway 169
  • 11:00 p.m. Aug. 4: Sing Keonakhone (55, of Minneapolis), felony firearms offense
  • 2:55 a.m. Aug. 5: A 35-year-old Minneapolis man, driving while impaired and refusing to submit to an alcohol test
  • 8:51 a.m. Aug. 5: Mitchell Jack Preston (27, of Hopkins), second-degree assault, on the 1500 block of Fifth Street North
