  • Oct. 2: A 46-year-old Minneapolis man, check forgery
  • Oct. 2: Benjamin Napier Johnson (21, of Brooklyn Center), gross misdemeanor stalking
  • 12:58 a.m. Oct. 2: A 22-year-old Cottage Grove man, marijuana possession, at Blake Cleaners
  • 4:45 p.m. Oct. 4: Heardian Robert Montjoy, 56, second-degree assault with a dangerous weapon, at 939 11th Avenue South
  • 5:11 p.m. Oct. 4: A 34-year-old Hopkins man, traffic offense, at Highway 7 and Oakridge Road
  • 11:01 p.m. Oct. 4: A 29-year-old Edina man, trespassing, at Mainstreet Bar & Grill
  • 1:36 a.m. Oct. 7: A 22-year-old Minneapolis man, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana, at Second Street Northeast and Blake Road
  • 4:47 a.m. Oct. 7: A 20-year-old Excelsior man, possession of marijuana, at Highway 7 and Shady Oak Road
