Friday, Aug. 17

  • 2:03 p.m. — Someone stole a camera from Creekwood Estates.

Saturday, Aug. 18

  • 1:28 p.m. — A large tree limb came down on the 100 block of Ridgewood Drive, hitting a vehicle.
  • 10:42 p.m. — A caller told police that a woman was near the intersection of Oxford Street and Blake Road North, flagging down cars. The caller thought she might be “soliciting.” She was gone when officers arrived.

  • 1:34 a.m. — Police learned about a woman who was screaming and crying in a vehicle. A man was placed on a hold at Hennepin County Medical Center.
  • 2:00 a.m. — A scooter was stolen from behind .
  • 8:06 p.m. — A woman told police there was a bag on the road that looked like a body. It turned out to be a mattress in a green case.
