The Nikon 1! The New Camera At The Target Stores!

"The New Handsome Nikon 1 Camera: Sold At The Target Stores!" The Nikon 1 Comes In 5 Fabulous Colors!

How excited I was when I laid my eyes on the new Nikon 1 at Target! If you have a passion for photography like I do...and you are in need of a new camera upgrade, you would have bubbled inside with excitement like I did! What I look for in a camera is that: It's Compact (easy to carry), High Resolution, High Mega-Pixel, Comes In My Favorite Color, Has A Detachable Lens, It Should Have Editing Applications or Qualities, High Shuttle Speed, The Ability To Record Quality Video & Pictures!

The Nikon 1 comes in five colors: White, Silver, Pink, Red and Black. It has a 10.1 mega pixel, the ability to take quality pictures (you can video tape and shoot pictures simultaneously), The Video Quality Is Rated 1080p HD. The LCD Screen is 3.0. The camera is digital and needs a Media Card: SDHC. The camera is compact which is desire-able. The camera comes with one lens that is detachable. The Nikon 1 lens is enter-changeable with four other detachable lens ( sold separately.) The lens shoot up to ten(10) frames per second. The Nikon 1 has a fast 73-pt auto focus. The carry case for the Nikon 1 can be sold separately.

Oh! I fell in-love with the Nikon 1 camera! However, I was disappointed that: the camera was only a 10.1 mega pixel, the beautiful glossy white, silky paint finish on the camera body would eventually chip over time, the price was a bit high at $649.99 plus tax( no longer on sale for $599.99 at Target). The nice white leather carry case is $59.99 alone plus tax! The guy (in electronics) at the downtown Minneapolis Target said "I've only sold two Nikon 1 cameras around the holidays, the price is the problem for what you get. He said the camera is still new." The guys at the Knollwood Mall Target in electronics said " I don't think we've sold not one. We haven't been trained about all the features of the cameras in our department." I was told to go to National Camera that they know everything about cameras or on the Internet to look up reviews for the Nikon 1 camera.

Nothing is perfect or flawless! I still love that handsome  Nikon 1 camera but with this economy being as bad as it is, that is a pricey commitment and investment.

Thank-You Readers, Happy Shopping!
