The Artist: Shelly Delores Thomas

What's intriguing to me is what I've learn from others who love Lord Jehovah as much as I do. The conclusion I've come to is Father Jehovah has blessed each and everyone of us in many ways!

He has blessed me with an interesting perspective on how I view life and life situations. It is through the word and my brief encounters with individuals that has influence my art. My canvas sketches, abstract oil paintings, dress designs, writing styles, freelance photography, freestyle choreography and my personal style is all a combination of how I feel about myself, my beliefs in the creator Jehovah and a tad by others.

I've been influenced by just a few individuals but most of all Jehovah and his son the Christ he sent to teach us the correct way to live. This is about Father Jehovah and he meant for me to take the Blessing and Gifts he gave me to do his will.

To do my Fathers' will he has sent certain individuals to cross my path for a reason. Therefore, I have designed many things just remembering the positive energy that I felt from others I've met along the pathways of life. I want to stay in goodness and positive energy through-out my life, so, I associate with positive individuals, that number is few indeed. I'd like to mention a few Artist that has inspired me, thanks to you wonderful people I feel like my life has been enriched in so many ways, even by those I've never met.

Adele 9. Angelina Jolie 10. U2. I chose to list my top ten influential people because they send off positive energy! The Lord said not to associate or follow those who are foolish and I'm in full agreement with his word.

Saint Matthew 7:1"JUDGE not, that ye be not judged." Ecclesiastes 7:17 "Be not over much wicked, neither be thou foolish: why shouldest thou die before thy time?" 1 Corinthians 3:19 " For the wisdom of this world is foolishness with God. For it is written, He taketh the wise in their own craftiness" Proverbs 14:24 "The crown of the wise is their riches: but the foolishness of fools is folly." Proverbs 24:9 "The thought of foolishness is sin: and the scorner is an abomination to men."

As an artist, I live each day striving to please my Father Jehovah, not pleasing man. Therefore, I teach the word of God as commanded but as it is written in Mark 13:10"And the gospel must first be published among all nations." The gospel must be preach to those not knowing the word.
