Tinker Bell, can you identify the statements the frustrated parents on this board have posted that are "untrue"? How would you know that they are untrue? As another parent stated, "If it doesn't happen to you or your children, then it doesn't happen?"

I attended a PTO meeting in 2012 and let me tell you, this meeting was one burning cross short of a clan meeting. There were a couple of parents bantering back and forth about the non-white student body, not realizing that in this school white children are the minority. Although the PTO president did not participate in the banter and did her best to move the meeting alone, she in no way put an end to it which in my opinion, makes her culpable for these actions and words on school grounds. I see the PTO president has posted on here, maybe she would like to add her comments as to why this type of discriminatory language is allowed during a meeting meant to benefit the school, its children and its staff. How does this language stop the cycle of bullying when the parents themselves are perpetuating the cycle?

I would agree that the teaching staff is one of the best in the district and other than 2 or 3 bad apple teachers that should consider getting out of teaching, I have no doubt my children are getting a decent public education. Unfortunately the school is being run by a principal that appears to hate her job and makes it her priority to take her misery out on the children, parents and staff. When will the school board wake up and realize it's time to end her reign and replace her with someone who enjoys what they do?

Yes, there is bullying at all schools but there are some schools that it's just out of control and Eisenhower is one of them. It's time for the Superintendent and Principal to step up, take responsibility for their oversight in this issue and either fix it or resign.
