Many of us have witnessed an unexpected health crisis with a friend or family member and we say to ourselves "I need to fill out my health care directive!" Representatives from the Metropolitan Area Agency on Aging will be at the Hopkins Activity Center on Tuesday, June 5, 1 pm to present information and offer assistance in filling out the Minnesota Health Care Directive Form. Call 952-939-1333 to register.
