POSTPONED: Hopkins Area Jaycees 60th Anniversary Celebration

The Hopkins Area Jaycees have decided to postpone its 60th Anniversary Banquet. The Chapter is planning to incorporate the celebration with the Year End Banquet tentatively set for Jan. 7, 2012. Please email the event co-chairs with any questions.

The Hopkins Area Jaycees will celebrate its 60th anniversary with a banquet and program on Saturday, Oct. 8 at the Marsh, 15000 Minnetonka Blvd., Minnetonka. Social hour starts at 5:30 p.m., followed by dinner at 6:30 p.m. and the program at 7:30 p.m.

Former Jaycee Dave McCarville, owner of in Hopkins, will serve as the evening’s master of ceremonies. The program will remember the history of the Hopkins Area Jaycees and celebrate its impact on the community today. There will be a time to share memories from the past 60 years as well as a silent auction, which will feature season tickets to the Minnesota Swarm and memberships to , among other items.

All past members of the and Mrs. Jaycees, as well as friends, are invited to join us for this important event!
