Local bands will be performing May 4 and 5 at a benefit concert to combat teen homelessness.
The Good Karma Project, a volunteer club, is hosting two days of music and health to raise money for YouthLink, a Minneapolis organization that meets the needs of homeless and precariously housed youth. Last year, the organization helped more than 1,800 youth between the ages of 16 and 21.
The benefit concert takes place at Living Waters Market and Café (12201 Minnetonka Blvd., Minnetonka). Hopkins High School bands will perform starting at 6 p.m. May 4. On May 5, there is a healing expo from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Minneapolis bands will perform starting at 6 p.m.

Tickets are $7 at the door and $5 in advance. To buy advance tickets, call Living Waters at 952-938-1929.
