Wifflin' For Wishes

Wifflin' For Wishes was dreamed up in early 2005 by a few members of the HRL: Twin Cities Wiffleball League, one of the country's top adult wiffleball leagues, based in Eagan and Hopkins, Minnesota. It made sense that a game we all played as kids could help a kids' charity. After some research into charity organizations, Make-A-Wish® made the most sense to us, and Wifflin' For Wishes was born.

After the first tournament was held at Midway Stadium in September of 2005, the tournament moved to Central Park in Hopkins where it has continued to grow year after year, and we routinely host over 50+ teams every summer to come and play ball for a wonderful cause.

Since the first event in 2005, Wifflin' For Wishes has raised over $30,000 for Make-A-Wish®!

For your entry of $125, you and your team of 3-5 players are guaranteed at least 4 games with advancing teams playing many more, t-shirts for all players, and trophies for the top teams. Awards are also given out for best team names and best team uniforms. There are also raffles for some really cool prizes such as Twins tickets and autographed memorabilia.

The great thing about the game of wiffleball is that we've all played it at some point in our childhood, whether it's at a backyard BBQ with your family or maybe even something more organized with some friends from the neighborhood. Regardless of your skill level, it's a game anyone can play and enjoy. If you can pick up a bat and throw a ball, we want to see you come get involved for a fantastic, fun day for a great cause!
