Climate Change: MN Impacts and Solutions

Climate Change: Minnesota Impacts & Solutions is the title of a free community forum to be held on August 21 from 7-8 pm in the Gallery at Gethsemane Lutheran Church, 715 Minnetonka Mills Rd., Hopkins.  Presenter J. Drake Hamilton is the science policy director at Fresh Energy, the leading Minnesota nonprofit organization focused on clean energy, climate change outreach and education.  She has spoken to over 50,000 Minnesotans on these topics.


Minnesota is on a clean energy path that is bringing benefits to human health and our air, water and natural resources.  Learn about our progress and the next steps needed.  Find out what President Obama’s recently announced Climate Action Plan means for our state.  What effective actions will address our responsibility to future generations?
