Where’s the Best Place in Hopkins to Fly a Kite?

This spring may have been warmer than usual, but it’s also had its share of wind.

Although that can make it a little bit harder keeping a hairdo just right, it is the perfect weather for one outdoor activity: kite flying.

Hopkins has no shortage of public spaces:
