Following an earlier announcement in which the Hardee’s fast food restaurant chain said it would build as many as 59 new locations around the Twin Cities over the next five years, an article by City Pages showed that one of the new Hardee’s locations may open in or very close to Hopkins. Although it’s difficult to pinpoint the potential restaurant’s exact location, it appears that the new Hardee’s would be located east of Highway 169 near Highway 7.
