What Do You Think of The New Mayon Plastics Building?

New renderings offer a glimpse of what the building will look like.

Developers have submitted an artist’s rendering that gives residents a taste of what the new building on the old Mayon Plastics site will look like.

DJR Architecture and Swervo Development Corp. plan to remove the west side of the building. That will leave the east side with 10,800 square feet of retail space—allowing up to seven retailers in the building.

The project is on track for a late fall completion.
