Stop in for the drinks and stay for the food at Jimmy's Foods and Cocktails—a place where eating and drinking are considered an artform.

Located at Highway 62 and Shady Oak Road, considers eating and drinking an artform that its bartenders and chefs aspire to improve every day.

Jimmy's features a happy hour every work day from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. with premium margaritas and martinis, as well as a vast assortment of gourmet appetizers like oysters on the half shell, shrimp, flatbread pizzas, sliders and hummus. 

After an appetite has been whetted by the scrumptious appetizers and stress soothed by a well-mixed drink, diners can choose from many different selections to continue their gastronomic journey. Jimmy’s dinner menu features fresh fish and seafood, pastas, entrée salads, pork chops and ribs, Angus beef steaks and chicken.

Those looking for a lunch treat can choose from small-plate versions of dinner specialties, several “grown-up grilled cheese” selections, flatbread pizzas and several lunch combinations.

For those wishing to dine or drink al fresco, Jimmy’s has a dining patio and another patio with a fire pit near the bar.

Reservations are not required, although they are welcomed by calling 952-224-5858. They can also be made online at jimmysfoodandcocktails.com.

Jimmy’s also offers brunch on Sunday from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.—serving gourmet benedict selections, made to order omelets, pancakes, waffles and French toast. The restaurant also has gluten free and vegetarian selections.
