(Video) Now faith is ...

Patch asked west metro residents what faith means to them.

Spring is the season of Passover and Lent. It’s the season to celebrate new life and the season for reflecting on the place that life has in the world.

It’s a season of faith.

With religious-fueled conflict raging across the world, faith can sometimes be known more for divisions than for seeking the divine.

But here in the west metro, Patch found believers across faith communities with very similar ideas. Faith meant “action” to a woman at an evangelical Lutheran church, to the founder of a Christian sports ministry and to the leader of a Jewish arts council.

Patch spoke with believers from a variety of faith groups: Lutheran, Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, Jewish, Methodist, United Church of Christ. We visited synagogues and churches and even spoke with an atheist in her home.
