Survey Says … People Love Hopkins!

A study the City of Hopkins commissioned found that residents had 'a reservoir of goodwill' for their community.

This spring, the City of Hopkins surveyed residents for the first time since 2007.

Minneapolis-based Decision Resources called 400 randomly selected households—on cell phones and landlines—to find out exactly what residents thought about their community (at least within the ±5 percent margin of error). The results were overwhelmingly positive.

In the coming days, Patch will be taking a look at what the survey found. In this first story, we examine residents’ general impressions of the community and how they think it’s changing.

And be sure to check back later for a look at what residents think of taxes, city services, parks and more.
