Amber was kidnapped from in front of her home approximately 25 years ago.  SHE IS STILL MISSING!  

Although several people were considered suspects, NO evidence was found and NO ONE has been charged.  Until there is definitive proof about her whereabouts, the police department should reopen the case and keep it open until she is found.
