 the International Christian Cycling Club.\nWe will be meeting @ Tonka Cy
 cle &amp\; Ski for our weekly Wednesday Night Club Rides. Depending on a

 e  18mph (30-35 miles) \; a "C" ride 14-16mph (20+ miles)\; and a  famil
 y/trail ride (distance varies depending on attendence). Additionally\, T
 ess from Tonka Cycles holds a Womens Ride leaving Tonka Cycles @ 6pm (wa
 iver signature required).\nNo matter what your experience and ability\,
