The Twin Cities Spoke is the Minneapolis-St. Paul chapter of the International Christian Cycling Club.
We will be meeting @ Tonka Cycle & Ski for our weekly Wednesday Night Club Rides. Depending on attendence, we typically have an "A" ride 20+mph (40+ miles); a "B" ride 18mph (30-35 miles) ; a "C" ride 14-16mph (20+ miles); and a family/trail ride (distance varies depending on attendence). Additionally, Tess from Tonka Cycles holds a Womens Ride leaving Tonka Cycles @ 6pm (waiver signature required).
No matter what your experience and ability, we can find a ride that you will enjoy with a fun group of riders! We hope to see you there!
