A.A.R.P. Tax-Assistance offers free help for older taxpayers and people with limited incomes. No appointments necessary, assistance is available on a first come, first served basis. This site does efile only as well as property tax refunds.
Bring all tax forms received as well as last year’s tax return including, but not limited to W-2’s, 1099’s (interest & dividend statements), brokerage 1099’s, property tax statements, charitable donations, Social Security cards for everyone listed on return or other official documents and medical expenses.

The Hopkins Activity Center is a gathering place for mature adults to participate in recreational, social, educational, fitness, travel and volunteer activities.
It is also a community facility that is available to rent for your next meeting, neighborhood & family gathering, basketball or volleyball practice, birthday, anniversary celebration, or wedding reception.
The Hopkins Activity Center is owned and operated by the City of Hopkins.
