More About Minnetonka Middle School East
Minnetonka Middle School East serves students from Deephaven, Eden Prairie, Minnetonka, Shorewood and Woodland. Located on Lake Street Extension just East of CR-101, this schools educates sixth through eighth grade and offers a tradition curriculum with classes in reading, writing, spelling, art, mathematics (advanced courses available), media and technology, music, physical education, science (advanced courses available), social studies and world languages (Chinese, French, German, Spanish).
Eighty percent of Minnetonka Middle School East students are involved in at least one after-school activity, including pottery, yearbook, student council and string ensemble. Sports teams include volleyball, cross-country running and skiing, tennis, wresting, golf and track.
Minnetonka Middle School East is also home to the Minnetonka Aquatics Center and the Minnetonka Swim Club.
