St. Louis Park Grove Community Education to present program on self-publishing your own book

A presentation called “Congratulations, you’ve written a book, now what?” will be held at 6:30 p.m. on Tues. February 5 at Lenox Community Center at 6715 Minnetonka Blvd., St. Louis Park, MN 55426.

“The traditional publishing gatekeepers are no longer in control of the book market,” said Sybil Smith, publisher of Smith House Press, FINS Publications, and Smith House Press Publishing and Ebook Consultants. “Authors are now able to produce a finished, professional-quality book for fewer out-of-pocket expenses, and take advantage of new ways to promote and sell their books to a worldwide audience.”
