(VIDEO) Concerts Return to Downtown Park
Residents ignored chilly weather to enjoy the inaugural Music in the Park concert.
The summer music season is officially underway—although it wasn't exactly greeted with sunny weather.
People bundled up last week to listen to the 1st John Philip Sousa Memorial Band kick off this year's Music in the Park season. The concert series returns to Hopkins at 7 p.m. Thursday, when Bend in the River Big Band plays in Downtown Park.
Six more concerts follow Thursday's event. All concerts take place in Downtown Park at 16 Ninth Ave. S. Concerts will take place at the Hopkins Activity Center in the event of rain.
