In preparation for next year's Digital Content and Access plan, Hopkins junior high teachers received their work-issued ipads to begin developing digital curriculum and transform the way they teach. Guiding Hopkins teachers in this learning transformation is a framework that allows teachers to learn best practices, develop and access a library of apps, share lesson plans and assessments, and learn how to integrate digital content into their classrooms.

Starting in the 2012-2013 school year, every seventh-grade student will be provided with an iPad that they will use to access digital content throughout their junior high experience. Each year, the plan expands until every junior high student has access to digital content through an iPad.
